2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery

  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item, size, or color)

  • The product is missing parts or incomplete

To be eligible:

  • You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos/videos as proof

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect size or variant selected by the customer

  • Minor color/appearance variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Mention your Order ID and issue details

  3. Attach clear photos/videos of the product

  4. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days

If approved, we will provide further instructions.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if replacement is not available

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to:

    • Original payment method, or

    • Bank account (if paid via COD)

6. Replacement Policy

  • If the issue is valid, we will provide a free replacement

  • Replacement delivery may take 7–15 business days depending on supplier availability

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

8. Shipping Responsibility

  • In most cases, customers are not required to return the product

  • If return is required, instructions will be provided via email
